Iron Man
A lot of fun. Very funny, too.

I thought the climactic fight scene was clichéd as hell, but that was about my only issue.

STAY AND WATCH THROUGH THE CREDITS. If you're a Marvel fanboy (or fangirl) you want to see the scene that follows them, believe me.

A couple of tidbits from the Wikipedia entry: The stars have signed contracts for two sequels, and Favreau is planning "to depict Stark's alcoholism, Rhodes becoming War Machine, and the introduction of the villainous Mandarin."

Also, Downey has a cameo as Stark in The Incredible Hulk, and the Hulk movie is going to contain a reference to the Super Soldier serum.

And Favreau wants to direct the Avengers movie.

They skipped over the most incredible superpower of all:

The ability of Pepper Potts to run over grate flooring in stiletto heels.

Srsly, that needs a nerf.

My thoughts exactly, I would have been happier if it had ended with "the freezing problem". More poetic justice, if less fireworks.
